I've been getting 100's of emails a day and I try my best to answer all of them, but I am only one girl, so I apologize if my answers are short. I have constructed an FAQ of the most common answers I am asked so that you can get your answers faster without having to wait for a response from me.
Q: Why don't you make 8520 or Storm themes?
A: I don't have those devices so I can't test the themes. Nothing personal!
Q: How do I download/install themes?
A: Just google it. Or try a BlackBerry forum like Crackberry. Lots of helpful info.
Q: I bought a theme you made from eshoplimited and haven't gotten it yet. Why?
A: Sometimes it takes a little while, but if you don't get it soon, email ordersupport@eshoplimited.com with your order number.
Q: Do you make custom themes?
A: Not at this time, sorry! But if you're in the theme club, you can have any one previously made theme tweaked to your liking.
Q: If I join the theme club late, do I still get all the themes?
A: Yes, you can join the theme club any time during the month and you still get all 10 themes.
Q: When I sign up for the theme club, when do I get the themes?
A: If you sign up before the 1st of the month you signed up for, you get them on the 1st. If you sign up after the 1st, I will send them to you as soon as I can get to my computer (but I'm always on the computer ;)
Q: Do I get to pick which themes I get sent to me in the theme club?
A: No, they are the brand new themes I make each month. Instead of posting them, they get emailed straight to you.
Q: How do I change my housing?
A: Just google your device and disassemble. Lots of videos/instructions.
